How does the Europe-wide exchange work?

Mobility guarantees are now standard in the vehicle sector, but not for accessory parts. Although our washer-dryers are not vehicles, we still offer you a Europe-wide "washing guarantee." If you encounter problems with your washing machine or the integrated dryer while traveling, which our phone service cannot resolve with you, you will receive a free loaner device upon request during the warranty period (including warranty extension), including transport costs within the EU, until your device is repaired. Even after the warranty period, we will provide you with a loaner device for a weekly fee*.

We guarantee delivery of a loaner device to a location of your choice in Germany within 3 working days** and to other EU countries within 7 working days**. If you happen to pass by our central warehouse (Campfort GmbH, 91126 Schwabach) during your travels, you can pick up the loaner device directly during our opening hours.
