The laundry is wetter after drying than before starting the drying process.

The appliance draws water during the drying process to cool the condenser. If the drain hose does not have sufficient slope, is kinked, sagging, or does not have a free entry (see diagram) into the wastewater tank or canister (hose end below the water surface in the wastewater tank), it can cause wastewater to back up in the hose until it remains in the machine and does not drain. As a result, the drying process does not work, and the laundry rotates in the water.

In rare cases, the electronic drain valve of the machine may not open fully during the drying process. If you can rule out the drain hose and tank inlet as the source of the problem, please unplug the appliance for 15 seconds, plug it back in, and then restart the drying process. Disconnecting the power briefly resets the valve's control electronics, which should resolve the issue.
