Detergent residues in the drum and on the laundry after the wash cycle.

We strongly recommend using liquid detergent. Particularly in the Quick wash program (duration 15 minutes), powder detergent may not fully dissolve.

SOLUTION:

  1. Ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent for the load size and water hardness. Excess detergent can leave residues.
  2. Check that you are using a detergent that is suitable for your machine and water temperature settings.
  3. Make sure the detergent drawer and any dispensers are clean and not clogged.
  4. Run a maintenance wash cycle with an empty drum using a washing machine cleaner or a cup of white vinegar to clean out any buildup in the machine.
  5. Consider using a different type of detergent, such as liquid instead of powder, if residues persist.
