Can the tinyWASH be installed in the gas compartment of my vehicle?

In general, it is possible to install our machines in the gas compartment, but it is often the case that the size of the gas compartment is insufficient. Please note that you need about 3 cm of space below the machine to lay the water supply and drainage lines without kinks. Additionally, in most cases, you will need a lifting system to drain the wastewater from the machine.

Important considerations:

  1. In most vehicles, the storage compartments for gas bottles are not structurally stable enough to ensure the safe mounting of the machine.
  2. Many vehicles have gas compartments that are not heated or well-insulated, which poses a risk of frost damage to the washing machine during cold weather if it has not been winterized.

Therefore, installing the machine in the gas compartment should always be carefully evaluated in advance.
